Our reports are designed to give you valuable insights into your business operations and performance; however, it’s essential to remember that the quality of the reports is directly related to the quality of the inputs.
We strive to ensure our software automates inputs and enforces action to provide you with the most accurate data possible. But if you find there’s a report you need that we don’t currently offer, let us know. We’re always looking for ways to make our software better for our customers.
The current software I use is slow and has downtime. How can I assure I won’t run into the same problems with Buzops?
Speed is a multifaceted issue, influenced by many factors beyond the control of a software provider like us. It could be due to the performance of your computer, network traffic congestion with your Internet service provider, or even outdated hardware components in your Internet setup. However, if the slowness is experienced only with cloud-based software, it's likely the software is the cause.

How long does it take to get a response from customer support or technical assistance?

What is your pricing and do you have any hidden fees?
When I migrate, what should I expect? I can’t lose paying customers to a migration.
We've distilled it down to three basic steps:
Step 1: Give us your client's critical information—name, email, phone number, etc. Ensure the data file is spotless by removing any duplicates. In under 24 hours, it'll be live in your portal.
Step 2: Send us another file with all the details of your client's services and billing information, amount, and frequency. We'll make sure it matches your previously loaded client files, ensuring everything is in order.
Step 3: This is where the real magic happens. We'll effortlessly migrate your client's payment profiles from your current service provider to the new one.
We'll need a data file with encrypted payment profiles, and you'll receive both a public and private key to share with us and your new payment processor.
I have more than one location. Can I see all my location details in one login?

Yes. We aim to offer ultra-easy yet value-packed experiences to our customers. That's why we've created "Packages" to bundle together a collection of services. This gives you the option to offer them at a discounted rate, streamline the purchasing process, or even include promotional items.
For instance, you can offer a set of group classes, such as Yoga, Cycling, and Boxing, all in one package, with a preset daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly rate that suits your billing cycle. Or, you can offer a range of services, such as a membership, personal training, and specific group classes, all at a fixed rate. The choice is yours! And, you can structure the package to be prorated or set at a flat fee, regardless of when the customer decides to purchase.
How do my clients check in?
With Buzops’ state-of-the-art self check-in system, your clients can now check themselves in with the ease of a QR code, bar code, pin code, or even email. It's as simple as setting up a computer or touchscreen device at the entrance to your facility and letting the magic happen.
But that's not all—we don't believe in limiting your options. You can also utilize key fobs, barcodes, or even smartphones to allow your clients to check in at an access-controlled door or gate. And if you prefer a more personal touch, you can always set up a scanner or reader so clients can check in at an attended front desk.
